Student Right to Know and Campus Security Act
The Clery Act mandates that certain crime statistics be reported on an annual basis, and that certain security policies be published at the same time.
The full report required under the Clery Act contains crime statistics for a three-year period, as well as specific policies relating to drugs, alcohol, sexual offenses, facilities access, reporting of crimes, and the authority of the UMass Boston Police Department. A text-only version, which may be downloaded or printed, may be found on the UMass Boston Police Department's website.
The report may also be requested in printed form from UMBPD.
