- The specific number and amounts of scholarships offered each year are based on available funding. Scholarship offers and award amounts will be determined by a holistic review of the application for admission including a thorough evaluation of the rigor of coursework, high school GPA, standardized test scores, letters of recommendation, and a demonstrated commitment to leadership, community service, and/or employment.

Appealing a Scholarship Decision
If you are a first-year student who has already been admitted to the University and would like to submit an appeal for funding consideration, you can do so here. You will use your Beacon Gateway login information to access this form.
We will begin reviewing scholarship appeals in March and students can expect to hear back shortly after that.
Please keep in mind that students must present a compelling case beyond what is already listed in their admission application for consideration. We have a record number of strong applicants this admission cycle, so only a limited number of appeals will be made new offers.
