March 3rd | 1–2 p.m. | Introduction to OneDrive
OneDrive gives you secure cloud file storage, and it's free for everyone at UMass Boston. Learn some of the great features and tricks in this tool, as well as several ways you can learn more about OneDrive in detail at this short 30 minute class!
March 6th | 1–2 p.m. | Advanced Sharing and Office 365 Online
Manage access to existing files and folders, create new files with Office 365 online, and create and apply custom permission levels in OneDrive.
March 10th | 1–2 PM | Introduction to Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is a collaboration app that helps your team stay organized and have conversations - all in one place. Attend a one-hour overview webinar to learn how to organize your projects, collaborate more efficiently, and reduce the endless emails, with Teams! New Teams features will be integrated into all Teams Online Trainings.
March 11th | 1–2 PM | Managing Files in the New Teams
This one-hour online training will address the differences between sharing a link and uploading a copy of a file in a Teams channel and Teams chat, how to locate and share your files from OneDrive and files shared with you across the Teams you’re in, managing the file libraries located in the Teams channels you’re a part of, sharing a file stored in a Teams channel with someone outside your organization, and how to use the check in and check out feature in Teams to view your version history and collaborate in real time. New Teams features will be integrated into all Teams Online Trainings.
