Irene Yukhananov obtained her MEd at UMass Boston and became one of the first instructional designers to develop eLearning and Instructional Support with Gene Shwalb in 2007. She is now a senior designer implementing the long and short term goals for the university to promote student success and meet NEASC standards. Yukhananov also manages the graduate and undergraduate assistantship program for eLearning and Instructional Support within which students help refine the faculty support model and develop hands-on skills to enhance their portfolios for graduation.
